Know you just want to add a cistern to your water harvesting system?
Start by talking with one of our consultants to fine tune the design of your active rainwater harvesting system.
How it Works
After scheduling your cistern consultation, we'll create a base map of your property using Pima County aerial photography. We'll break your roof area down into sub-watersheds with roof runoff calculations. During your consultation, we can:
- ask you pointed questions to help determine what size cistern makes sense for your roof area, space constraints, and water demands
- advise on the best location for the cistern
- write an estimate for cistern installation
- draw a project plan that you can submit for rebate for an additional $150
- provide you with a digital copy of our base map that you can use to draw your own project plan to submit for rebate for $75
Cost
$75
Credited back toward the cost of installation if you proceed with the project.
A cistern estimate is not an appropriate option for folks who are interested in discussing other landscape elements. If there are a number of landscape elements you would like to talk about with us, we will bill for an hourly site visit instead.
