An hourly site consultation is great if you’re just looking for some general ideas about how to make your yard more livable. Alternatively, some of our DIY clients have us some out for hourly consulting to do a technical check of the work they have done so far (shooting spot elevations, assessing integrity of rock work, advising on proposed plant layout, etc.)

This design package is a great option is you are interested in creating a water harvesting layout and want to take advantage of the Tucson Water Rebates. This plan proposes a comprehensive layout for rainwater and greywater features that you can use to submit for your rebate. You can install the plan yourself or the Desert Living team can help you with installation. Keep in mind that some aspects of the rebates require a licensed contractor (That’s us!) to perform the work in order for it to be eligible for rebate.

We compare your current and future food production water demands to your potential rainwater and greywater supplies to craft a water budget that fully or partially meets your water demands with rainwater and/or greywater sources. A water budget can be a stand-alone service or a great addition to any of the above design services.
This service is provided via phone and email conversations. If you prefer to discuss in person, this service can be combined with an hourly site consultation. We gather information about your landscape, then provide a written report that combines verbal and graphic recommendations for how to meet your landscape water demands with rainwater and greywater sources.
